M. W.Absolute professionals. I was so impressed with Mick and his team from the first phone call. He was very friendly and explained his process exactly. When he arrive on the day he quoted me for the work he was going to do (several old musty rugs) so I knew upfront the costs (very reasonable). The rugs came out beautifully (even my entry hall one I thought was beyond repair) he managed expectations great (some were never going to be able to be perfect understandably) Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend their service.
