When calling on Mann-In, Inc I knew thru friends that they were a quality company that was very professional. What I did not know is they sent out a team of 3 guys that were very fast and efficient in installing an AC unit in the attic of my house. They had the job done in 4 hours. They also covered all my rugs and hardwood floors with tarps to protect them. The AC they recommended and installed met my needs and all of my expectations. I would highly recommend Mann-In, Inc for all your AC / Heating needs as well as hot water heaters. Signed a very cool satisfied customer.

Mann-In installed a new heat pump/outdoor unit for me today and I cannot say enough about the professionalism, quality and service that they extend to their customers. In an age when so many companies see everyone as simply a dollar sign it is refreshing and inspiring to work with one that still cares about individual relationships. From their front office personnel to their senior management and front line installation crew I encountered nothing but caring and professional people. If you are in need of a new system, repairs or maintenance you would be foolish to not include Mann-In with the mix of companies you talk to.

This company is absolutely amazing! When our HVAC system started going out, our friend recommended we contact Mann-In. Their technician, Buck, came that week to take a look. We needed a new system and had no idea where to begin. He sat down with us and laid all of our options out on the table. He carefully explained what each part of the system did, all of the add ons, etc. I was amazed by the information he provided us! It was seriously so helpful to us, especially since my husband and I are new homeowners. After we decided on a system, Dan came out to take some measurements. He was so friendly and professional. Our new system got installed today and Mark and Scooter did an AMAZING job! Mark took the time to show me how to work our new smart thermostat, what they installed, what each part did, etc. These guys are true professionals and really care about their customers. I keep being told to reach out to Mann-In if I have ANY issues at all. I’m extremely confident and happy with my choice of HVAC company! Called Mann-In because I thought I was getting bad advice from a contractor doing a renovation. Got great advice about what was important for my needs. We discussed advantages and disadvantages of the options available and came to a conclusion. That was the expected part. Two weeks after choosing a system, my current AC unit started failing and I called Dan for advice to keep the current system limping along. The next day, without me asking, he came, diagnosed the problem, and installed a replacement part that made the old system work fine! I called to say thanks and ask what I owed him. He said “this is what we do for our customers!” Seriously? The part had to cost something, but he wouldn’t have it!!! The team came on the date scheduled, addressed an electrical error my contractor made, and installed a new AC unit, and new furnace with top notch professionalism. The advice was spot on! I love the new unit. What great humidity control and quiet operation! Seriously even my doors fit and close differently. When you find good service, keep it! Would recommend Mann-In without any reservation! Knowledgeable, keeps commitments, exceeds expectations, truly cares for customers. Count me in as a customer and a fan!

I purchased a system from Mann-In as well as a maintenance contract. I had an outage and a warranty claim. In the last several years there have been all kinds of supply chain problems, and just because you have a warranty does not mean a new part will show up in a short period of time. Mann-In manages this problem by keeping an inventory of parts that are likely to see high demand. My system was back up and running with a used part from their inventory in less than 36 hours. When the new manufacturer's part shows up then they will swap it. They do not have to operate this way, and from my experience, most businesses do not. If you do not want to be without AC for several months, I highly recommend this company. They absolutely will not leave you hanging.

We still feel compelled to write a review even 2 months after a new HVAC was installed. The service by Mann-In was very professional, efficient with seamless connections from the 1st call made for quote till the final installation. The in-home consultation with Russell was great and very informative. Mark, leading the installation team, did a fantastic job and explained every details. The installation went for 5 hours, with good craftsmanship and they left the area clean after the installation. We will definitely recommend Mann-In to anyone who needs an HVAC replacement service.

We needed to replace our 1996 Carrier heat pump. We decided to call Mann-In who installed the previous equipment for the previous owners. Everyone we dealt with was very polite and explained the process. The gentleman who came out to discuss our options explained everything very well and took into account our preferences. While we waited for the new equipment, they ensured we would stay cool during the heat. They explained what would be replaced and what they would do during installation. Once installation day came, they were prompt, neat, tidied everything up so it was like they were never there, and fully explained the equipment and how to use it. We will definitely use this company again.

Mann-In replaced our old HVAC system, which they had installed for a previous owner. I cannot say enough good things about them or the system they installed. They gave us a great deal; they were easy and responsive in all communications; the install team was professional and wore all necessary PPE inside our house; they are honest. A few days after installation, there was a slight drip from one of the tubes, when I called the owner, he was at our house in an hour to fix it. To top it off, AFTER we had paid, they called and say, "Hey, we found another $125 rebate, so we are cutting you a check for $125."
