My wife and I were delighted with the service that we received from AirFlow when it came to installing underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation heat recovery in our new build. From the very beginning to the completion of the project the team that we dealt with were very professional and easy to work with. The ducting required was installed very neatly throughout the house and it was evident that a lot of thought and planning had gone into this. The team at AirFlow worked very well with our building contractor and seemed to build up a good working relationship. The air to water heat pump that was installed works amazingly well for both the underfloor heating and hot water needs. The unit is very quiet and it’s very economical to run. Having constant hot water in our showers and taps without having to think about it is such a nice luxury. Airflow installed digital thermostats in all the rooms which makes it easy to change the temperature in different rooms. Each thermostat can also be controlled from an app on the phone which can be so handy. We’re so happy with the mechanical ventilation heat recovery system that AirFlow also installed. Again it was very neatly installed. It’s very easy to change the filters. The air always feels so fresh. We honestly think that it’s a must for all new homes. When you step out of the shower and notice that the mirror hasn’t even fogged up, it’s very reassuring to feel that the system is removing the moisture so quickly which means no mold growth in the bathrooms leading to a much healthier living environment. This is also evident in other parts of the house as well. The air quality just feels good all over the house. Overall, we would have no hesitation in recommending Airflow. They were a pleasure to deal with.
