9 years ago we had a new Trane air conditioning system installed by Bornstein Sons. We had no problems until now. Now we had an repair. The tech came promptly. He fixed the problem. We paid more than we thought it should be. We think we may have overpaid. Otherwise, all positive.

Pricing is all transparent and they make sure you are comfortable with the amount. Mike specifically is so awesome, I always hope to see him again when we book, but obviously not too often! My central air conditioning unit stopped working on Saturday and I had called their answering service. Bornstein responded quickly after my call and offered to arrive on Sunday (additional charge) or on Monday. I chose Monday to save the weekend fee and they arrived promptly at 8 a.m. as promised. They quickly fixed the problem and I'm back in business.
