A brilliantly well run hotel. All staff super efficient and super friendly. Really welcoming and seem to enjoy working there. Best way to describe the whole vibe is welcoming and warm. Food is genuinely Michelin star quality. Bar is extremely well stocked. On our visit we were very very impressed with the Christmas decorations, elegant and classy. The Manager David, is a gentleman and could not do enough for you. Again he was extremely welcoming. All in all one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of visiting

I recently stayed at this hotel for my sisters wedding (also held at the hotel) and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable weekends we have had. The service was outstanding , everyone we dealt with had a fantastic attitude and couldn't do enough for us. An absolutely beautiful setting in the heart of Bunratty , the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean while the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend Bunratty Manor Hotel and will definitely be back.

Went to The Manor twice in one week as the restaurant was just amazing. Both times got the set menu, and both meals were just spectacular, the service from when we walked in, to the quality of the food was something else. The lamb shank in particular, I have no words - compliments to the chef and all staff. I will certainly be going back again, cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

A beautiful place to stay ..so much so this is our third time this yr, nd again in November. The food is to die for never have we had a bad meal from breakfast to dinner . I've never met such wonderful polite staff nothing was never to much. Noel nd his family (owners) are the most welcoming people their staff is a credit to them. Looking forward to our return.

I had a great stay and wonderful sleep last night courtesy of the welcoming staff, luxurious bedding and clean, comfy spacious rooms. The staff were all welcoming from the two lovely ladies on reception to the girl in the bar who served me peppermint tea with a smile and the barman who makes a fantastic latte - I can't remember anyone's name but I always remember a kind face and warm smile ☺️ Will stay again when I have an excuse to be in Bunratty and would recommend to family and friends.

We had dinner in the Bunratty Manor Hotel tonight for my wife's birthday 16 /7/20 everything was 5☆ service food wine and above all very compliant with covid19 instructions , we felt very welcome and safe, really enjoyed our meal and a few drinks. We were delivered home safely by our daughter, a good night had by all. A bit of normality. Thank you to the staff and management. We will be back soon.

This was a great place to stay for our last two days in Ireland. Close (15-20 min) to Shannon Airport. The rooms were nice, while decorated in a manor that harkens back to different time period, everything in the room was fine and the bathrooms were very modern. Service from the staff was outstanding, very helpful people at the front desk and at night time the double a bartenders. The breakfast was very good and lacked for nothing. Top notch will stay here again

Location is good for a short stay. Close to the castle and village, but a drive's away from most other things. The room was lovely! Big bed and bathroom, and spacious in general. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is a bit too fancy for my taste and the service was quite slow.

Our guests fell in love with the Irish hospitality that is here. Maureen saw to all our wedding needs and I knew that nothing was going to be a problem. This is a review of the bar and restaurant, not the hotel. The owner and staff are very warm and friendly and the bar is small and cosy. The restaurant and food are first class and for an evening out it is highly recommended.
