Great customer service- inspires loyalty! I recently switched mortgage provider and the valuer assessed the the rebuild cost of my home to be higher than my insurance policy so I thought it was going to be a nightmare to rectify. Good phone manner, the usual difficulties of getting Irish corporates to ring back. Staff in the office when calling in are all very brusque, and seem to give an air of the customer is an inconvenience. A little pleasantness would be great.
