I recently got a mortgage for my first home from Avant Money via Irish Mortgage Brokers; working closely with Barry Clarke. Avant was a new lender in the Irish market at the time and there were certainly some teething issues with dealing with them as they had their own unique way of doing things. Barry provided exceptional service through all stages of the mortgage process. He communicated frequently and clearly with me which was very reassuring as a first-time buyer. Stephen , just want to say thanks so much for all you've done over the past year or so. Myself and my partner recently used IMB's sevices and were really impressed.
