We had a very tough situation with funds coming from Russia. Gerry was able to assist throughout the process and get us to the final line. The only negative is the guys seems to be very busy at the moment and not as responsive as when we were doing the most of paperwork, so bare that in mind. Otherwise very good!

Should have posted this review when our sale completed in Nov 2019 but only getting a chance now. Cannot recommend IMC highly enough and in particular our broker Niall Coulghan he really did go above and beyond and was the only reason we finally managed to get our house sale completed. We had to switch houses 3 times due to different factors to do with the house’s that we were sale agreed on and this was no issue at all, Niall sorted it all out for us. Finally on our 3rd sale agreed house we completed the sale and got the keys in Nov 2019 and couldn’t be happier. I’ve recommended Niall to friends and family, I really don’t think we’d be in our house now if it wasn’t for his hard work and diligence.
