Great staff in a well run branch of a national brand store. Wide range of stock including high quality locally sourced products. Excellent value. Very high standard of hygiene throughout.

Plenty of parking spaces including some dedicated for disabled visitors and those with young children. Good trolley availability (€1 to use) just outside the main entrance. A good range of stock with a variety of well-known brands. Prices were quite high but there were quite a lot of offers available so that you could make substitutions if sticking to a budget. Staff were friendly and efficient at the checkout. The only issue is that the aisles are quite small and it was unclear if there was a one-way system in place or not to help with social distancing.

Nice store but I wish it was bigger as the food selection of other Dunnes Stores I have been too for me. The isles are not very long and if more than one trolley queues at a checkout it blocks almost half an isle of food. Not a fan of how they got rid of the express checkout with lottery etc to make way for three self service checkouts. Also got rid of the fridge at the back of the main checkouts that had small bottles and cans of cold drinks. The drapery department seems to have been down sized to make room for more clothing. Nice big carpark and the store is in a good location.

I feel I have to comment on my experience at Dunnes in Clonakilty last Friday 7/05/21, my niece Jennifer Payne is special needs. is in a wheelchair, has Nathan Carter on her wheels. It's her second & only time going into a shop ie: Dunnes during this pandemic, she loves having a browse & buying something for herself & her family, a simple pleasure which is huge to Jenn during these tough times, she misses Nathan Carter so much. My reason for posting this review is, as we were exiting the store making our way towards the car, a Dunnes stores employee was sorting out the trolleys outside, tall guy with a ponytail & said hi to Jenn, I love your wheels. It made Jenns day, her week, her year, just a small gesture is huge to Jenn. A Huge Thank You from our family ❤️what a nice guy. Maybe people shouldn't stop & stare the next time, just say Hi....

Ease of access, plenty of parking, sheltered queuing, for these Covid times and a great selection of goods at great prices. Extra savings can be made by keeping an eye on their weekly offers!!

At present it is one of the few pleasures we have in life, going to Dunnes Clonakilty on a Sunday. It is great for the mental health. It is very important.

The shop was well laid out with sanitizer at the entrance and a friendly staff member to greet you. The disabled parking is at the Exit door and the Entrance is the usual main door. This isn't stated as you enter the shop nor are you told the back exit door is now locked. I found this a challenge as I had parked at the back of the shop in the disabled space as it's the nearest door to enter and exit. I had my elderly mum in her wheelchair by the time I realised this. I walked from the back of the shop to the front no issue but if someone who wasnt able to do this, found themselves in this predicament, they would either have to try to walk or drive to the front of the store. It would help if this was posted on entering the carpark, while in this current climate of Covid-19. Might be petty to some but others I know will appreciate it.

Does not stock all the food range most other Dunnes do. Nice shop, but food section I feel should be bigger. One toilet for the public not enough and a lot of the time it is dirty

They recently introduced the lactose fred cheese which is very tasty and does not make me sick, like the other fake products. In general, it is a big store comapred to tthe size of the town. Lots of parking space.

Lots of parking. Limited range compared to other Dunne's. Floor staff walk around as if you're in THEIR way as opposed to the other way round. I know shelves need to be stocked but the reason for that is for custumers to purchase items. I was there close to closing time and I felt as if I was a total inconvenience.

I found today it didn't meet all my needs they had very very little in the 9-12month range 5he basic needs like no vest no sleep suits. I also went for my 3.5yr old and same no outfits just tshirts and leggings. The whole children side was full of St Patrick day gear and it'd not for another 2 months
