I wanted to give my son a special 18th birthday gift that reflected who he is, what he values and where he is headed. I chose the large Celtic Warrior Shield pendant with Ogham engraving and believe me, it is stunning! The workmanship is magnificent. Lisa and the team at Boru gave my request care and attention and kept me informed the entire way. Even advising me as to when the piece left the Assay Office Dublin Castle and was returned to the workshop for completion. The piece arrived safe and sound in North Qld, Australia earlier than I expected (14 days since date of order and during the pandemic with associated lockdowns). The pendant is the perfect amulet for my son reflecting his heritage as he embarks on this new phase in his life. Thank you Lisa and everyone at Boru Jewelry for helping us mark this milestone.

I live in America and was looking to get my girlfriend some nice jewellery as gifts for our anniversary, holidays, and her birthday. Boru popped up on my Instagram and has been an amazing company too buy from. The staff were extremely professional and respectful and were able to help me find a nice set within my budget. The jewellery is very high quality and from my stand point (remember I am American) really captures Irish Culture and History. With every purchase I made, they send a little booklet that explains the culture, history, and prevalence of the jewellery they sell. It is awesome to read and learn about. A massive plus: the staff kept great communication with me, offered me a discount, and guided me in the shipping process. They sent me a free gift during Christmas to give too my girl, and it was a beautiful portable jewellery box. This is an amazing company.

Hi my name is Arthur Mills and I live in Toronto Canada, we had a special 60th birthday celebration in Dublin Ireland that we needed to arrange a special gift to be delivered at short notice due to circumstances beyond my control, We went onto Celtic Jewelry by Boru web site and was amazed at the selection, myself and my wife selected a beautiful chain and pendent, Using the Boru web direction, within a short period we had logged in, completed the Visa process transaction and had a confirmation number, We selected the gift on April 13th the 60th birthday was on April the 17th. Lisa emailed me back, thanking us for using Boru, I in turn informed Lisa about the April 17th Birthday deadline Lisa and Boru arranged the shipment to be delivered on Friday 16th on time, also the birthday girl was surprised and delighted with a beautiful gift. This review is overdue. It isn't often I'm prompted to pen one. But in the case of Boru Jewelry they are absolutely deserving. When I started my search for a shield ring Boru wound up on my short list. That said, I could find little about them review wise at that time. They were also in Ireland with myself in the U.S. I definitely had some reservations after reading a lot of horror story's about purchasing out of country. I can say with zero reservation anyone interested in their goods should buy with the utmost confidence in receiving what you order in a timely manner. Also, don't be afraid to ask about customization of a particular piece. While some things they couldn't do, I was surprised they would do any, let alone to the degree they did for us. We ordered several pieces after I traded Many Many emails with Lisa. She was completely patient, always polite and helpful in every possible way. She truly provided service before the sale that is rare to find. I know you may be thinking, key word, before the sale. So let's talk about the first sale. Nancy, helped us to pay for our order when we had issues using the automated system on the web site. She made it painless, easy and secure. After the sale, our items arrived quickly, in pristine packaging, with every item present. Lisa wanted to know we received it and she also wanted to know if everything met our satisfaction. It was quite clear she was more than ready, willing and able to take care of anything that didn't meet our satisfaction. In other words, they Really care about your happiness in what you buy. How much so? I'm not that easy to impress but their world class customer service managed to do just that and enough that I placed a second order merely days before Christmas and asked if it could arrive by Christmas, they said it could and it wasn't a promise to get another sale because the items arrived two days prior to Christmas. Boru really cares about what they do. Their items and jewelry are top shelf and they will do anything they possibly can to help you and make your jewelry something to be a heirloom worthy. I strongly recommend them for any jewelry on their site that catches your eye and heart. They did customization on some of our pieces I didn't think initially to ask for. You just don't find this sort of service often. I also don't use the words, World Class Customer Service, very often because it is extremely rare to find. They are the real thing. So I do not know where to start with reviewing this company but they have been so amazing to me and have been so helpful when ordering my partners engagement ring and in designing mine. I've been on a budget too and they have treated me like I was spending a small fortune. Firstly, the quality design of the jewelry is lovely and their pieces are beautiful. I love my partners unique mens claddagh engagement ring and my matching one that they designed to fit with it. Secondly, I have to the say the service I received from Lisa O' Neil was like no other. She kept me updated. She was understanding and she emailed me on a weekend or sunday afternoon when she problably had better things to be doing with her time. When I had an issue with a delivery company, she was even on the phone late into friday afternoon of a bank holiday weekend chasing it up with me. She is super dedicated to her job and it shows. I got the most amazing engagments rings for us both and I would highly reccomend going with this company. I will continue to do so into the future. First class service thank you so much !
