Excellent service, Ian spent a great deal of time helping me find this once-in-a-lifetime purchase.He arranged for the ring to be made and ready for me when we returned from our 10 days tour, and also re-sized a trinity ring for my wife and had it delivered to our hotel. Easy to find location, on Liffey Street right at the corner of Henry Street.Don't spend hours looking for that perfect Irish memory, this is the best shop, and you'll be very pleased with the professional service and extensive range of products.

This place is a great jewellers. I wanted to get a replica of an old cross and it was recommended to get a mold made. I cannot say how helpful all the staff were from talking me through the process to even making sure the chain matched exactly what I wanted. The copy is unbelievable and no one can tell the difference. Highly recommended!

I ordered a beautiful watch as a present for my uncle who has a large wrist. I contacted Conways jewellers to add extra links which was no problem at all customer service was 10/10 couldn’t be more helpful quick reply’s to emails. Arrived in great time coming from Dublin to cork. Will definitely order from here again.

Highly recommend. Was trying to find a watch for my friend's birthday, other jewellers told me it couldn't be gotten but when I contacted Conway's they did not have it in stock but they immediately offered to contacted the supplier. We visited Conway's, during a great visit to Ireland (from the US), after visiting several other jewelers in the area. The experience with Ian at Conway's was truly amazing. He was so patient, creative, and truly interested in what we had in mind. The other Jewelry stores just said "Sorry, I guess we don't have that.". Ian understood that what we were looking for was a bit non-traditional and was able to find a beautiful solution to our challenge. To top off his amazing customer service, when the ring came in he discovered that the design had changed and sent us pictures, offering to get the correct ring in short order if we preferred. It arrived a couple weeks later and we were thrilled, especially Lori. Thank you Ian and the team at Conway's Jewelers for a great experience and a ring that will forever keep you in our hearts.

They are true experts when it comes to watch. I went to the competitor beside it (h samuel) at first and they said itll take 3 weeks & €55 to change my watch’s battery.. when i came in here, the guy said gime 5 mins & itll cost €10. Andddd its not even 3 minutes, he handed me the watch! Amazing and trustworthy seller!!! Highly recommend this place

I was looking for a specific engagement ring and I had the chance to work with Ian to build the ring I had in mind. I've been in a lot of jewelries in Dublin in the last few weeks but when I came to the shop Ian and David really welcomed me and listen what I had in mind being really understanding of my budget and timeline. Ian and his team are fantastic. Everything we need, they do! For years now, we trust them with all our items and built a personal relationship - this was very important for us, as we do not like big commercial jewellers. A high quality, cost effective alternative to high-end brand name jewellers. Fantastic jewellers. Ian offered phenomenal customer service. Ian and his team at Conway Jewellers were able to replicate to a tee, a claddagh engagement ring I had previously looked at elsewhere - costing twice as much. I had a very short window to have the ring custom designed and made and picked up before I left Dublin. Ian and his team made it happen on time and within budget. Conway jewellers communicated with me overseas regularly to update me on their progress. We will definitely be going to Conways again for our wedding rings.

Despite being small shop it has amazing range of beautifull jewellery, much better than much bigger stores I have visited that day. Staff couldn't be more helpfull. I came to Dublin looking for the perfect Claddagh pinky ring. I shopped Dublin City and the surrounding areas. I went into a jewelry store, they did not have what I wanted, but the gentleman suggested I go down the street to Conway’s Jewellers. I explained to David the type of Claddagh ring I wanted. He said he did not have it, but could have it in the store, in my size, the next day. When I returned to next day, there was MY ring. It had a gold band with tiny sparkly diamonds and a sapphire stone. And the price was in my budget! Since I was from the USA, David gave me a VAT receipt and sent me to obtain my refund. Due to a computer glitch David and Ian spent 3 days getting my refund for me. I recommend Conway’s Jewellers very highly. They are professional, charming and want their customers to be satisfied and are willing to go the extra mile.

He went out of his way to make sure I saw everything they had to offer and gave me plenty of time to decide. I had two rings that where bought for me in the Cayman Islands about 15 years ago but the last few years I couldn't get them over my knuckle and a friend recommended Conways to have them resized. They have black onyx stone and I didn't think this could be done because I had taken them to three other jewellers and they wouldn't touch them. Went to Dublin yesterday left them with David who sized my finger and said they needed to go up three sizes he thought it might take them a few days to sort out, David then rang me a few hours later and said they were ready. I couldn't believe they had them sorted in such a short time. Excellent service and very friendly staff they couldn't do enough. I would recommend everyone to go there if you think something can't be fixed Conways are the firm to take it to they will do their best to do it. I'm a very happy person right now. I went there during my lunch break and immediately found what I was looking for. Very helpful in explaining differences in quality between items. Provided excellent customer service and got my item engraved within the hour (enough time to grab a bite to eat and buy some Xmas decorations for the office), whereas in other places it takes from 2 days to 2 weeks to get it done! Well this is a find! I needed a silver loop put onto a gorgeous gemstone pendant and brought it in to Conways Jewellers on Liffey Street. The woman working there is just the best ever. She drew what I needed to check that we were on the same wavelength and got me a price that I was well pleased with. The Peruvian jeweller upstairs did a fabulous job and I am really happy with the result. She doesn't know it yet but she is set to win a wad herself in two years time.
