n. c.Old school business man. Amazing quality jewellery and customer care. Got my beautiful engagement ring there after walking by the shop for years throwing hints at my boyfriend. Have also gotten family to buy jewellery there and they have all said the same. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. At last we found a real jeweller who took the time to find the ring my wife wanted ,Neil even polished her current ring as a courtesy. L. M.If there was 6 stars I'd have given them. Myself and my fiance dropped in to look at wedding rings when I was on a trip home from Canada. Both Neil and Dee were absolutely incredible to deal with. Customer service is really at the heart of this business. we were leaving Dublin that day and the rings wouldn't be ready for a few days.
They offered to meet us at the airport or ship the rings tracked. The expertise about the products they sell is second to none. Both Neil and Dee know every last piece of jewellery in that store by heart. Neil also polished my finace's engagement rings as courtesy and it looked amazing afterwards.
Honestly, cant say enough good things. Great conversation and service! My fiance said it was one of the highlights of her trip.
