Very good products, beautiful selection, lots of products sourced in Ireland, organic, cruelty-free and environmentally conscious. Staff was approachable and friendly, without coming to you all the time to ask if you need help (which I find great: a relief compared to other stores).

Cannot fault this shop on the basis of its great selection of clothes, jewellery and homeware. However my mother and I were a bit confused by some of the behaviour of the staff when we recently visited. We came in through the side door and they didn’t say hello even when I did and they kept tidying the rails we were looking at which was inconvenient and also a bit weird as you didn’t feel you could browse in a relaxed fashion. They gave the distinct impression they didn’t want us to be there so I asked when they were closing and it was 50 minutes away from closing. Very confusing. We ventured further into the shop and found some great dresses and met much more friendly and helpful staff in the section nearer the front door. I got a dress I was very happy with in the end.

I always love going into this shop in Ennis. The variety of clothes, jewellery and homeware is exceptional and there always seem to be offers of some sort on. The staff are always exceptional in dealing with any queries and very friendly. The place is clearly well managed and the shop itself is ideally located. This is an excellent example of a high quality Irish retail success story. I love this place!

My local shop were out of an item that I wished to purchase for my wife and I was not able to get advise or help from them. However after contacting another branch in a town 25 miles away they were very helpful, had the required item and held it for me until I could drive down there.
