We dealt with Sarah in the William Street Galway City Centre store. She was so professional, incredibly friendly and really helpful. An absolute credit to the team there in Fields. She gave us enough time to discuss getting a ring for a service we were having without us feeling rushed as we were probably already flustered! The ring I chose was lovely, but I needed it exchanged to another I saw after the service and this was also no problem at all. The one I chose in the end was so pretty , a halo set CZ and silver ring, well within our price range for this particular occasion. Thanks so much Sarah, you are a part of our story from this weekend! Also update: Had to get get ring exchanged AGAIN to one size up and Sarah organsed all as we are in a different county, she called me back really quick, just amazing service! Above and beyond. Fields are very lucky to her! Very happy customers!

I highly recommend Fields, I usually pop in here to pick up gifts and will continue to do so. I was in last week and got amazing customer service from Laoise, she went above and beyond to help me pick out a gift on my lunch break when I was in a hurry. There was a lovely atmosphere in the shop too, lots of laughter and engagement stories being shared while I waited for my gift to be wrapped. Delightful experience!

An absolutely perfect experience, made easy by Fields. Specifically Ailbhe, went above and beyond to help make sure a last minute request happened.
