I was ordering some fluid. On the website the shipping time was stated as 7-8 days. On the live chat one of the girls said it would take up to 2 weeks which I was happy enough with. 3 weeks later, nothing. I sent emails asking about the product I got a response that there's problems with the supplier/making of this product?! So 3 weeks later not even it was not sent it wasn't even made yet. Surprisingly I found the supplier myself and contacted them, and they had 64 of the items in stock? And sent them out on the same day? Looks like all reviews are very good maybe it was one off thing.

Honest and reliable seller. Fast delivery time. Appropriate packaging. Goods in perfect conditions. Lab Unlimited is the only seller where I could find a 2500 ml pyrex evaporating dish at a favourable price and where I had the opportunity to purchase just 2 pieces instead of being forced to buy a minimum of 10 or more pieces.

Finding and ordering the product I needed was simple and straightforward. I was kept informed by email about the order and delivery status and I received the product quickly. I did register an account, but I don't think that process included asking for my mobile number. I was contacted twice (by different employees of Lab Unlimited) asking for a mobile number to give to the courier. Not a hassle for me, but it did delay my order delivey a bit, and could have been avoided.

Great product, good communication. There WAS a mistake on shipping charges on the item I ordered, and end up costing a lot more than the calculated price on the website, but with such bulky item, it was expectable. Still cost less than buying one here, and I got two.

Ordered a KF 29-GL-A cold trap and dewar. On the website a single basic image is used for all the variants of this trap, which makes it difficult to be certain you're purchasing the correct one. However, a five minute phone call to lab unlimited (I dealt with Angela O'Connor) resolved that issue. The price for this product was the best I could find anywhere. It arrived far faster than I expected. Arrived in perfect condition. Was shipped very safely packaged And, crucially, it precisely the one I ordered. The follow up customer service was also exemplary. Extremely satisfied.
