Keith Kenny from Galway Garden Machinery is very responsible and take work carefully, and their brush cutter, leaf blower, mist duster & power sprayer, auger auger, water pump, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, fogging machine, outboard, mini-tiller etc always in high quality with stable performance, yet he always reminds these machines maintenance in time, the cooperation with them is very pleasant & free from worries, really worthy of recommendation and trust!☺

I was recently very lucky and won an amazing competition before Christmas with Galway Garden Machinery for a ride on and a push lawnmower. The machines were delivered today by Keith who was extremely kind, friendly and helpful along with demonstrating how to work each machine. Can't recommend this company enough. Collected my Ride on Lawnmower, charged up the battery and didn't just put a new one in!! Full service and delivered back to me the next day. I have called twice to Keith at Galway Garden Machinery- first time with chainsaw issue - He advised me how to get it fixed and as he was not an agent for the brand where I could get it done cheapest. The second time I had an issue with a ride on mower - he repaired it in 5/10 mins and refused to charge me. My experience with him would lead me to use him for any future work and to recommend him to anyone else for garden machinery issues

Can't recommend this place highly enough. I've had some bad experiences with garden machinery places around Galway over the past few years, mostly around servicing of equipment I own. I've found many of them unreliable and untrustworthy. Keith and Galway Garden Machinery were the complete opposite of this. He set me up with a brilliant Al-Ko ride-on, even though I originally phoned up to ask about a different machine. He advised me based on the size of my lawn and gave me realistic options at different price levels. I went off and did a bit of research to find that his prices are actually comparable with online retailers! When I did purchase, he told me it would be out to me in a week. "Yeah, that means at least 2 weeks!" was my initial thought. True to his word, 6 days later he landed out with the machine (I'm about 25 minutes out of Galway) and gave me a full demo of the features and a rundown on some tips and tricks. This was my first hydro ride-on so I needed the bit of guidance. Suffice to say, I'll be back for servicing and any other garden machinery I need. If you're looking for a place where customer service is top priority, the manager stands by his word and the prices are good, use this place!

Got my new Mountfield 1538H ride on mower a few weeks ago....and am very happy with it. When i originally phoned Keith, he was extremely helpful. His advise was spot on. He delivered the mower on time, fully functional and also demonstrated how to use it. Then he waited while I had my first go and offered more help and advise. First class experience.
