Beautiful garden centre with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They can have some excellent deals on plants as well as beautiful gifting options for both garden and home. There is a resident centre cat too which you might be lucky to see sleeping in the centre!

I think this has to be the most attractive place I've ever shopped in. Such interesting layouts and the actual structure of the place is art itself. Added to that the plants were in excellent condition. And to top it all off the staff were super helpful and pleasant!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

By far the best garden centre that I've ever visited. Incredible range of plants, shrubs, flowers, trees, hedges of all kinds, plus ornaments, hanging baskets, gardening tools, patio furniture and barbeques, pots, urns, gravel and patio slabs. The space is expansive, beautifully laid out and organised. very helpful and knowledgeable staff to provide help and advice. It has the atmosphere and friendliness of a family business, with total professionalism.

Huge selection of plants very tastefully displayed. Big choice of terracotta and glazed pots in all sizes imaginable. Really everything you would want for your garden and more. They also stock a fine range of unusual items that I buy for presents. Christmas lights and decorations and all under cover. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and pleasent. There is quite a large amount of parking but on bank holidays it can be tight.

I hadn't been here in a few years and I was so pleasantly surprised by the facelift it received. It's such a great looking garden centre, with just about everything you may need for your garden. The prices seem average but I guess that's all relative. I accidentally discovered they have a 'hidden' garden out the back and I have attached a few photographs of it. Do take the time to enjoy the garden. We had our two dogs with us on leads and there was no issue with us having them there.

A gardeners dream! Windyridge has an amazing slection but some items can be a bit pricey. If you are looking for a garden centre with plenty to choose from look no further. Everything from pots, garden tools, soil and just about any plant you can think of Windyridge seems have everything covered. With friendly staff at almost every corner there is always someone there to help or answer any questions.

What a fabulous nursery this is! It is stunning and here you will get whatever you need for your garden. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, I had an issue with something I purchased during the week, I debated whether I would call them or not so I decided I would and spoke to Paul who apologised and offered me a refund immediately. I went in yesterday with my husband and as I was waiting for Paul I happened to say to a very helpful staff member at the till (Australian?)what I wanted to see Paul about, he happened to know why I was there as he was beside Paul when I rang so he refunded me immediately. Of course we didn't leave empty-handed, it is not possible to do that here! On the way out another staff member came after us with a paper sheet for the boot of the car as we had bags of soil. My husband commented that he has never seen such friendly and helpful staff. Well done Windyridge!

Amazing garden centre. I was there today and noticed a sign in amongst all the great fake monkeys they had. It said don't feed fingers to the monkeys. They also have a tree house for the kids, a great selection of plants and very friendly staff. I was about to buy all the wrong plants for my soil and they told me in the nicest way that other plants would be better suited and they were correct.

My favorite place for the garden. If you purchase a plant and a container they'll pot it up for you. Best service in town. I've purchased a few David Austin roses from them and they're thriving. My lemon tree came from there and it's producing well even in the winter.

Absolutely brilliant, we discovered it a few weeks ago and we fell in love with it, the staff is always friendly and the quality of the plants is always immaculate. Massive variety of ornaments and garden tools. On a price level very reasonable considering you won't get anything of bad quality in there. I can write a lot more but I won't bore you with more details. Worth a visit if you like your gardening, and by the way, make sure you bring a packed lunch as a few minutes can turn in to a few hours.

This is a great Nursery but can be a little bit windy, Sorry I couldn't resist. Excellent selection of plants & pots. Weber BBQ area is top notch. You can get lost in the place with everything to see. They even have a Gorilla enclosure at the back (not real Gorillas 👍)

Bring your bank manager! Why? Simply because you're gonna need a loan for everything you're gonna load into your car,van etc.. every thing from ornaments to hang, or to just dot around your garden to annual bloomers, fruit trees, hedging a Budda, or gorilla or just a few 'window sile planters' to much to mention..

I think I'd go as far as to say this is among the most impressive garden centres in the country...I see it won an award from Bord Bia. It has clearly had huge investment, the displays are really impressive, it is immaculately kept and a real pleasure to wander around. Quite large considering its location but its stock is far from innovative - just the usual stuff - I was looking for hardy coastal plants for the windy West coast. I suppose the name gave me hope they might stock something of interest but I was disappointed. The young female staff member couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant but she couldn't help with the garden centres limited choice! Could do better! PS: On my way back to Mayo, I called into a small garden centre in Foxford. Couldn't resist purchasing one of their monkey puzzle trees! Owner was so knowledgeable too!
