It was easy to make a purchase from the website (on Mon 29 Nov 21). However, I have not received any product (today is 08 Dec 21). Following my earlier review, ISE Forest & Garden Equipment have been in touch by email and phone. They have been very nice and professional and have offered to issue a replacement of the product via courier. This is a fine example of how a business can turn a negative customer experience into a positive experience. Thanks to the folks at ISE. Have a happy Christmas. (PS. when the product is received I would be happy to upgrade the star rating on this review). Update (10 Dec 21): The replacement items have arrived. Thanks to the team at ISE for sorting this out. Great follow up, great customer service.

Sadly, the luck of the Irish was not with us on this occasion. The item never arrived at my parents. I've been assured a replacement item would be dispatched on Monday, thanks. I'm holding my breath. I made enquiries about a large Toro push mower. I was happy with what I heard and ordered it on line on a Friday. The process was hassle free and even though I'm living in Co. Waterford I was glad if they could deliver to me from Kilkenny but was in no hurry. To my pleasant surprise it was delivered to my door on the Monday afternoon. ISE Forest & Garden Equipment excellent customer service. My fertilizer spreader was out of stock at the time of order , customer service phoned and told me it would be back in stock within weeks and sent straight out, ISE were true to their word and even called me to tell me it was on its way. Upon delivery and putting my spreader together, the item is well built and very robust well worth the money spent . I will be buying other items from this store 10 / 10 .
