I never review shops but I had to on this this occasion. these are the best at what a shop should be, fitz and nicki are nothing but helpful with the issues that I was having for a some time now. they diagnosed the issue and the problem is now gone. it was worth the trip up to the shop.

Just had to leave a review about the excellent service and exceptional after sales contact. Ordered my products on a Thursday Night, received tracking on Friday morning, package delivered on Saturday morning before 11, crikey that was fast especially considering it was just before Xmas. EVerything was perfect and safe with packaging. Needed to email, Glen, the manager about an issue on my side. Bent over backwards to help me, way beyond my consumer rights, or expectations. I could not be happier with the company, and will only use them from now on, and suggest you will very happy if you do the same.

Have being visiting this shop since way back when they started out in navan as himalayan crafts, that's a good few years ago now, and still to this day the staff are so friendly, honest non pushy but yet so full of knowledge!cannot fault this business in any way, from service instore to online and delivery is just top ratings, I'd give 10 stars if possible guys.
