It was a fantastic experience for my son Luke. He was very nervous on the first day but very happy by the end of the week. All the teachers were very nice to him. He will come back for a longer period of time in the next few years. His sister will join him next time. I would highly recommend this school to students who want to experience a good time while learning English. My son is from Osaka, Japan.

My family was so good all the time they were asking if I’m okey and that was good, the school was oke, the esucation was good and I’m happy with the people of my clas, and Isha we had a good communication all the time and I’m a bit sad because we couldn’t do any excursion to Dublin or Coork but it was fault of Covid so.. . Very well organized, classes were fun, teachers were amusing; some of the activities were a little boring such as The Rothe House and The Rock of Castle was too far away to do it in a short time. Other activities were great: bowling, cinema, Scavengers Hunt, sightseeing, etc. Muy family was good with me and took care of me.

Great experience in Kilkenny! The climate in the school, both during the lessons and in free -time, was lovely and stimulating to learn, meet new people and talk in english, of course. The host family chosen by MacDonald Academy was warm and helpful. Finally, the activities proposed were interesting and useful to enjoy the town and the people.

It was a wonderful time in Irland and I can recommend it to anyone. There are very nice people and you can see many cool places of the location. You can aso make many things like Bowling, Golf and Tennis and other things.
