We chatted all the way through which also really helped. Her massage bed is the best I've ever lay on (it has a memory foam topping and is wider than the usual ones). I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Kathy and I don't say that lightly! I, like so many others in the 90's plucked my brows until there was barely any hair left, let alone a shape of any sort, my brows have always been what I'm self conscious about and the one thing that, after 15+ years of searching, no beautician or brow artist could ever get right for me. For this reason I was extremely nervous to try someone new, I've had so many brow disasters over the years I've lost count but Kathy listened to exactly what I wanted and when I saw the end product I could have cried with happiness! It has taken me 15+ years to find her, don't wait one more second before booking her yourself! As well as this, Kathy is the ultimate professional, her waxing room is just stunning, so warm, welcoming as well as spotlessly clean! Along with ALL of that Kathy is just so friendly, funny and just a beautiful person inside and out, we had such great chats and I felt like I had a friend when I left her after even such a short appointment! I have been going to Kathy for years and she is exceptional, I couldn’t rate her enough! She makes you feel comfortable from start to finish and her waxing technique makes it nearly painless!!! Kathy also does my eyebrows, shape and tint and between appointments I don’t even have to touch them as they are perfect. If you want to get your brows into a good shape and really frame your face, Kathy is the only person to do this.
