Went here just after it opened and had a lovely time. Casual and cool without any compromise on service. Wine was great and such good value by the glass. We tried one of everything on the menu and they were all tasty and interesting - even the nuts! The beef was really delicious and the gnocchi was moreish. Looking forward to returning.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. It's very laid back, and very easy to sit, sip and chat for a while with some very good wine, and some nice nibbles!

Great place to come on a sunny day as its in the sun. Wine can be a bit hit and miss for friends taste buds if with people who only drink common wines. Good value overall compared to other wine places. Only had nibbles which were tasty and not a proper meal.

Great selection of wines to take home, nice choice available in store to buy the glass, from bottle and tap. Excellent staff, informal friendly service all in a beautifully minimal converted butchers shop.

Amazing food! Great new place on Camden St, one big table in the middle with the chef working away at the end. Food is just amazing, small plates of delicious creations and a great wine list. Some wines on tap and reasonably priced. Overall, a great experience. Only walkins though, they don't take reservations, so prepare to wait but it's worth it.

So didn’t test the food, but the menu looked really interesting and a breath of fresh air for Dublin. It’s marketed as a wine bar and the wine list is really interesting with the quirk of wines on tap. Really nice contrast between the outside dates 70’s facade and the green/pink interior. Only quibble is the glasses. Too small and with a stupid measure line. If it’s a wine bar, I want a decent wine glass and lash in the wine. Pouring to the line looks tight and only bars can get away with this.

What a gem if a place Frank's is! Their decor is so cool...feels like you step into another world. The banquet style seating works really well without you being cramped beside peops next to you. And the treat is being able to see the head chef at work. Very unique. Highly recommend the chicken dish...and the ham hock... Everyone should go!

Waited a while to get seated which was okay. If you want a drink, it's wine only I'm afraid. We were advised to order 3-4 dishes to share so we went with 3 to start. The first came quite quickly but it was on the small side. The second dish took ages - at least 20 minutes. That too was small side and we put it away quickly. We were then offered two different dishes, neither of which we ordered. We were still starving so ordered two extras. These arrived duly enough. We were STILL waiting for the third dish from the original order. Eventually that turned up. Summary - small portions! We had to go on somewhere else afterwards. Turned out expensive, €135 for two. Really not good enough.

This is the best Pork Butcher in Dublin. The rashers are old school and not prepackaged. The black and white pudding and sausages are nicer than any others. I regularly buy a Slipper of ham, it's tasty and such great value. A traditional independent shop that we all need to support!!! #Butcher #Pork #foodie #Dublin #CamdenSt
