We are absolutely in love with the product, as well as the extra products eg glasses etc. We have now a full set of the glasses, which are really beautiful and of such high quality. But I just have to say the excellence of the above is far overshadowed by the customer service. We have always been dealt with brilliantly and there is never a problem. We’ve been drinking this as a family for years now. It’s beside the milk bottle in the fridge! Gorgeous as a drop in your evening coffee,with a scoop of ice-cream or even on its own on ice! Twice now have followed their own recipe to make Coole Swan Ice cream and it went down such a treat. Definitely a must have!
