L. O. f.I can't thank Bernard enough. We've been having serious problems gaining access to our newly fitted door and after 2 visits from the fitters and multiple phone calls & emails to try and get it resolved (3 months), no joy. Spotted Bernard from Crothers across the road fitting a new lock and asked could he pop over to have a look, had my door working as it should within 10 minutes. I can't thank him enough, this is the type of professionalism you want. So so greatful Bernard, you were a gent!!
