D. D.Excellent back, shoulder and neck massage. Nathalie works through each knot until it relaxes and though this is not a very “relaxing” process it gives such relief. Nathalie worked on my neck and the release was amazing. I am converted to Thai massage and would highly recommend Nathalie to anyone with back and shoulder tension.
C. L.I’ve suffered from a shoulder injury for over a year with multiple dislocations over the course of a year. I came to Phoenix Wellness Studio to see if they can fix me up. I’ve been getting deep tissue massages now for a few months here and it is absolutely amazing. I am now able to move my arm around freely without having the thought of my shoulder popping out again, I’ve also been able to train in the gym again which I thought wouldn’t have been possible without surgery. Thank you to Natalie and the team here, I’d definitely recommend coming here for all your injury needs.

A Thai massage really goes in deep and gets into all your hidden muscle knots (even ones you didn't know about!), and Natalie certainlly found a lot of knots today!!

N. s.I went in for a back massage after suffering for over 2 months from lower back pain. I work from home- office job. Medication, heat patches and exercise wouldnt help. Pain was so bad I couldnt sleep at night. Went in for an 1.20hr session and all the pain disappeared! I can move again and my lower back pain is completely gone - I couldnt believe it myself! Highly recommend it, girls are very skilled and they know exactly what they are doing. 2 months of suffering gone in just an hour.

This morning was the first time in years I have woken without pain in my neck and shoulder. I felt revived yesterday afterwards. And i feel relieved today.
My therapist was a truly lovely lady.
