D.I have being using Dominika for sports massage in preparation for the Dublin marathon and highly recommend her. She uses deep muscle massage, dry needling or cupping as required.
Sports massage is a necessary component of training particularly for a marathon due to waste build up in the leg muscles and general aches and pains so to get the right therapist is important. Dominika fits the bill, she is more than capable and puts in the hard work required for sports massage. Thanks Dominika, keep up the hard work.
