Sarah has a wealth of knowledge about the human body and knows how to target muscle issues as well as tell you how to prevent future issues. My massage was completely tailored to me - I went with tension in my neck & shoulders, and after a few minutes Sarah was able to tell me that this was actually coming from my lower back and she worked out tightness in my legs and glutes. She was also brilliant for letting me know why she was doing what she was doing, and made a plan for future treatments as well as stretches to do at home. Top quality service!!
