Dan Glynn Coaching provides small classes but a large community of support. His holistic approach to health is refreshing and motivating. I Definitely recommend joining if you want to focus on your overall holistic health and well being.

I participated in one of Dan's 6 week online programs, and found it to be brilliant. Dan brings a holistic approach to his coaching, where the body, mind and soul are considered together. Everything that he suggests make sense for the whole being; he checked in with me every week and we had some 1:1 coaching time where his guidance greatly helped me get over some sticky issues that I was experiencing. I would highly recommend Dan.

Dan is a great coach. Did quite a few classes with him both in person previously and online throughout the lockdown. Challenging classes where he is always pushing you to your potential. He has also run some meditation classes which have been great for the mental side too. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
