J. E.I was there recently in the recline seats. Staff is very nice, the cinema is also clean. No problems at all and the restrictions are well followed. I recommend the place. Very spacious and the recline seats are so worth the money 💯

d. 7.The recent refurbishment on the cinema is really lovely. The service was excellent. We had an issue with someone sitting in our seats and the staff sorted it out really quickly. Seats were so comfortable and the way they have been set up for social distancing was really clever. A very enjoyable experience.

A. O.Gorgeous new seats, however we ordered food with the tickets the night before. I asked instead of icecream can I swap it for a slushie they said no slushies okay can I swap for something else, nope.
Was disappointed that I couldn't get a slushie.
But more shocked at how rude the staff behind the counter was, didn't seem like they liked working there.

P. G. h.Sure, tis just a cinema, with shocking parking. We brought Mammy in here one day to see a film. She fell asleep inside in the middle of it, God love her. No staff woke her up when the movie was over, so we just had to wait outside for her. The whole place is very yellow, which reminded me a bit too much of Kilkenny.

H. N.The seats are very comfortable. You can arch back in them. Unlike Odeon, you have to pull down the chair, which is dangerous for small children. If someone asked me, " Which cinema is your favourite?" And I would say

D. Q.This was a good cinema with fresh popcorn and soft drinks. The theater was clean and the restrooms were also clean and tidy. The seats were comfortable. We will go here again when we are in Waterford.
E. L.They don't seem to have heating or airconditioning. It's freezing. And then in the heat last summer it was roasting. Very uncomfortable situation. The staff are friendly and there are good deals on ticket prices.

Q. K.I just went to this cinema yesterday, the price is reasonable but the inside of the cinema I wasn't really impressed with it. The seats were loose and kept moving every time I moved a bit, and most worst part was it hurt my back so much but I shouldn't be expecting much from it lol
J. R.Went to see Star Wars here the other night, by far the better of the two cinemas in Waterford. Seats are comfy and the popcorn is decent, what more could you ask for.
R. P.It was meh the service from staff was ok they were helpful in advising me what tickets to get and what the cheapest way to get in would be. Once I was in the Maxx screen I noticed it was considerably smaller than the arklow omniplex Maxx screen. The seats were fine and relitivley clean, however the screen itself and the Maxx signs were quite dirty. The sound was also broken for atleast a half an hour and they came in to try and fix it which interrupted the movie experience. Further more there was no apology of any kind for the sound not working for a reasonable amount of the movie.
Overall I would recommend going to the odeon in waterford if you aren't on a tight budget or limited in terms of transport.

H.This cinema is by far a million times better than the Odeon, I brought my son and a few of his mates to Odeon and where we sat someone had changed their baby's nappy and left it under the seat (disgusting). I would never go back there again and put others off also. It is also more expensive and the seats are dirty and broken. Omniplex atmosphere is better great value for money and the people working there are so polite and helpful. Thank you so much Omniplex.

E. G.The seats are extremely comfortable. The Maxx cinemas are definitely the best. We saw Bohemian Rhapsody in he Maxx and the sound was incredible. The food is expensive as most cinemas are.

The seats at Waterford Omniplex Cinema are the most comfortable seats I have ever planted my derriere on they also rock. I was visiting Waterford and decided to catch the new Planet of the Apes movie at the Omniplex. I had a very good experience, purchased some pick a mix like a ten year old gone nuts and a frozen Fanta which both yummy. Staff very nice, very accommodating. Definitely would come back to the Omniplex.
