Reviews of Ulysses Rare Books
Very nice and helpful, however they only sell books that are Irish, "mostly". I was looking for some of the most famous books in the world(A Passage to India, the iliad, One Hundred Years of Solitude) and told. "no just Irish books" that's ok its a nice place.
A really wonderful gem of a bookshop.
I went there on a mission to uncover some mysterious letters written by Irish author James Joyce. ULYSSES Rare books of course had a copy of Joyce's collected letters. That's amazing
One of the best collections ever!if I can afforr i would have bought several books already. The staff is also very accomodating. The place is heaven for me surrounded by such rare books!
Loved the selections of classic books they have. They also have maps. Books are a little pricey, but that's to be expected. Also, 5 Stars for the workers not talking to me once. I was left to browse in peace, just like I wanted. The space is a little small, and there isn't anywhere to sit and read. But that's ok.
Very cool books and helpful staff
Book nerds beware! You're not going to live here empty handed. For a small cozy book store, they have alot of nice finds. Sit and gaze at the collection or truly rare finds. There is a nice antique map collection down stairs. Make sure to visit! Nice lady sitting behind the counter.
A real treasure trove of Irish books and books about Ireland. A very helpful owner, following the example of her late father, the previous owner. If you are looking for a rare book, a first edition or a copy signed by the author you should try this gem of a shop.
Time well spent browsing with great excitement. Staff are a delight and quite helpful. Some real gems here and many signed editions of works by Yeats, Joyce, Stephens and more.
Interesting rare book shop
URB A N T... Ulysses Rare Books A National Treasure.
Wonderful bookstore I was served by a very nice woman who was very helpful. The prices seemed to be on the high side but then again they are rare books!
Some stunning rare books here. Super pricy but that's the price you pay. Some fascinating finds too. Children's section is great.
...this place is like going back in time, an incredible selection of all kinds of books going back decades and centuries, a real treat in the heart of the city...
Crammed with old books, loved looking at the children's books some of which I once owned, worth a visit if you're looking for something nostalgic.
Amazing little bookstore with many rare or uncommon books. Prices are reasonable for what you get
Very interesting shop.
They didn't have the book I was looking for so they searched the whole of ireland looking for a book store that had.
Cutest book shop! Definitely worth a visit, even if just to look around.
Great rare books, amazing to contemplate if your are not used to see such pieces of history.
This is a typical old book shop with limited editions, first editions and old maps. I loved it here.
Well organised collection of old books in good condition. Very good value
Wonderful 1st editions and signed books of great writers.
Great selection , charming staff
Some nice rare signed first edition books.
Great place for rare books, and transport books for hobbiest
The owner really knows her subject. Store very well organized

😉💕👍
Nice
Lots of books
What a shop...!!!
A treasure
Superb bookstore which allows you to find first editions, potentially signed by your favorite authors! For lovers of literature and beautiful books, this place is a little paradise.
Only problem: you obviously have to be ready to pay the price!
Copies of old maps (of Ireland, Irish towns, etc.) are also available at an affordable price!
Great used bookstore 👏🏻
JK Rowling's autographed books and first editions of Joyce, Orwell, and other books are on display, and it's fun just to look at them.
(Translated) I can stay with the writers' firsts for a while

고서점의 분위기가 좋았던 곳
Why is it full of exotic books?
Fantastic place. Antiquarian bookstore full of amazing books. Valuable gems of Irish American and English literature. Often signed by the authors. A great place to buy gifts for your loved ones
