Really friendly staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful any time I visited. Beautifully laid out and spacious store. By far the best music store in Dublin. I have bought a number of things there now and won’t go anywhere else. Have had some pretty poor experiences in other music stores in Dublin over the years, especially with condescending staff who won’t spend the time to listen to what you actually need. It will be Xmusic only from now on.

Every time I've bought something in Ireland it's always been from here. Excellent Staff and service, aswell as a wide variety of choice for every musician. Always caters my needs, therefore this gets my trust with 5 stars. Definitely go here, it's the best around.

XMusic is like heaven for music fans. They have a great grange of instruments of all types. They are an official Gibson dealer. Aside from the range of instruments staff are very helpful and will spend time to help you find what you are looking for and what works for you. It's easy to get to being located closer to the red cute junction and parking is available.

Good big store but very 'standard' stock for guitars. Only fender, Gibson, PRS and some Ibanez here. Almost no 7 strings any no 8 strings, fanned frets or headless guitars. No Jackson, few ESP, no charvel. If you're looking for something different, look elsewhere. All other store' sections are big the overall store is good.

It's grand. Overpriced of course but they seem willing to match online prices in most circumstances. I went in here a couple of years ago asking for a quote on a digital desk and was told they'd "call me tomorrow morning" I'm still waiting for that call. Ended up spending €3000 on Thomann instead.

I visited XMusic in July 2016 after I saved up to buy a new electric guitar. The first thing that hits you is the sheer size of the store, the wide open space filled all around with musical instruments, a beautiful sight to any musician. I browsed on my own for a moment before I was approached by a member of staff. He was very helpful and asked me questions about the type of music that I would play, and if I was currently performing or not. He also asked what guitars I was interested in and proceeded to give helpful advice. He set up an amp and told me if I needed help to give him a call. I was allowed to try out everything I wanted and eventually decided on a pre-owned 2011 Fender American Special Stratocaster. I also bought a Hiscox case to go with it and an Ibanez TS-9 overdrive pedal. I left happy and came back a month later to get the guitar set up. I met the same member of staff who only charged me for the set of strings. Excellent service and variety of equipment, a must see for any musician!

I've bought a few items here over the last few years, including a Marshall amp and a Fender guitar. Now I'm looking for a solid body acoustic with a mahogany top, so went to check out their stock. They have a really broad range of choice in acoustics. The staff will generally leave you to browse, but there's always help if you need it, so never be afraid to ask; and there's ample space to let you try, listen and think. I'd recommend this place to anyone. So this is an update. And my opnion stays the same. Great stock, great staff.

This place is a music lover's dream. So many instruments to browse, and the place is full of accessories and equipment that really help. The team are exceptional as well. I have come in with things to fix on my guitar or ukulele in the past abs they have been so helpful. They give excellent advice and recommendations too.
