C. C.Beautiful bar with amazing food and cocktails! We went here on a double date during the outdoor dining restrictions during covid. The staff were very friendly and the service was brilliant! We prebooked a table and was told we had 1hour and 45 mins to eat and drink which was plenty of time to enjoy our meal and a few cocktails. Definitely recommend!

A. H.Really love this place. Great drinks, good atmosphere... super friendly staff, yummy food but they could definitely do with getting with the times and expanding their vegan/vegetarian menu. The rooms are lovely too and anytime I’ve stayed there my room has had a balcony :)

L. M.I've eaten here a few times and the food is always pretty good. Can't say I've ever been disappointed. One thing that always baffled me was the naming convention for the spice levels on their chicken wings.. With the hottest level being 'insane' and the second hottest being 'suicidal'. Surely they should be flipped!?

Daniel is doing an amazing job on upgrading this place and the night manager and all the staff are doing there best to make this the best place in cork to stay.
for me with location and value even though some work yet to be done I am giving the east village my first 10 /10 this year thanks to all see you soon .

C. H.Lovely food. Had an issue with a mix up and were left waiting along time for food, however the waitress rectified the situation promptly, and professionally when it was brought to her attention. She was very apologetic and could not have done more. It turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one.
S. C.Been going here for years. Decent spot for a drink and the food is really good. My only criticism is that it could do with a bit of refurbishing, as sometimes it feels a little dark and gloomy in there. Also the it used to have a much better crowd years ago in their, as these days they seem to leave in everyone and anyone. Still though a decent place for a night out.

What impressed me in particular was that I asked for Campari and (I know is not very popular in Ireland) first someone told me they do nt do that but after some one else came and find it for me even meanwhile I was deciding to have a Jager.

Food was great, the two staff on duty on the at clearly want the joint to be closed down based on their attitude. Really enjoyed it but would be VERY slow return. There is always a good and friendly atmosphere and especially if any football game is on it can get really busy, especially the ground floor bar area. There is more of restaurant area on the upper floor serving the same menu.

L. G.Good location and can easily get public transport into Cork. Rooms are big and clean which is good. The only downside was it was above a bar which is fine but in the early hours there were some people staying who were very drunk and loud and the walls in the corridor are pretty thin so that woke us up.

O.Always happy after eating here, chicken wings are always delicious, lovely staff, great kids menu that they can colour in, my little girl wasn't sure if she'd like the soup as there was coriander mentioned and the waitress brought out a cup for her to try before deciding, very helpful and it was of course delicious, also recommend the takeaway, hopefully the website and phonelines will make more sense in the future as it's all a bit muddled up, but can't fault the restaurant.
