The Hub itself is a nightclub venue, not a gay nightclub. What it does offer, however, is a string of top gay nights throughout the week, resulting in it becoming one of the most popular gay venues in Dublin. Set in Temple Bar – Dublin’s “Cultural Quarter” – this subterranean sultry nightclub offers low light, a sweaty dance floor and non-stop tunes to keep you moving until closing time. Thursday night welcomes PrHOMO, Friday sees SWEATBOX lure the crowds and Saturday’s party is brought to us by Mother (see number 4 for more details). The Mezz Venue downstairs boasts Temple bar’s most intimate and funkiest interior, with state of the art digital sound system and LED lighting systems. The Mezz Venue is separated into two rooms: - The Main Room which houses the Glass Bar, dance floor and our main stage which is illuminated by our state-of-the art computerized light canopy ceiling. - The White room, our luxury V.I.P. which is available for private events or parties. A cool sleek sophisticated room with its walled carvings from Brazilian artist, Askim and gold leaf wall. The White room has its own DJ Booth and bar so we are happy to accommodate two events simultaneously. The Mezz Venue Boasts one of Temple bar’s finest PA systems which are constantly being fine tuned and perfected by our dedicated team of sound engineers. Was here for Sweatbox. I kind of thought the bouncer was being a dick by questioning me about the night but then I realized he was most likely protecting the dude's inside from someone coming in who didn't know it was a gay night and getting stupid about it, so good on him. I was a little locked but I remember a decent beer special and really nice staff. The crowd seemed a little drugged out but that's hardly the fault of the venue. It's actually a very lovely space and I had a great time.

Really nice venue and such nice bouncers, well run and gr8 place for a boogie. Would recommend if your looking for somewhere to rent out and have an event .

(Translated) The basement itself is great - had a great party there. Staff friendly - Audience young but well mixed. Too bad that the bar is too small and you have to be patient for a long time. (Original) Der Keller an sich ist super - hatte tolle Party da. Staff freundlich - Publikum jung aber gut durchmischt. Schade, dass die Bar viel zu klein ist und man sich fürn Getränk lange gedulden muss.
