Not really someone who normally takes the time to leave a review. Great service and fantastic staff in this spec savers, I had been struggling with a minor eye issue and it was sorted quickly and with care. The girls in the shop are lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend and will be back.

This was an excellent experience. The lady who took my details couldn't have been more helpful. The hearing test was very quick (and free!). The lady who carried out the physical part of the eye test was pleasant, friendly and efficient. The vision part was carried out by a third lady (Katie) who took her time, explained everything and emailed my tests to me on request. A young man helped me with the frames and again, couldn't have been nicer. So, with my prsi entitlements, I had a hearing test, eye test, extra eye scan, two pairs of distance glasses and two pairs of near vision glasses, all for €118.26! Out in 50 mins with excellent service from everyone. Covid hygiene requirements were followed throughout. A1 to Specsavers Bandon!

Friendly professional and helpful staff. However, can't count the times I was offered ad ons and extras, all at extra cost, failed to mention that I could get a second pair of prescription glasses for free of course...

Always fantastic customer care at the Bandon branch of Specsavers! And a good choice of frames too. I won't go to any other opticians. EDIT was there today and had to stand outside the shop at the table, other customers were coming up from all sides and I started to feel pretty panicky. I don't think it's a great system for a shopping center. I had to call in my contact tracing details from my car outside as soon as I left because I felt so panicky at one stage I just wanted to leave so fast. Still 5 star customer service, just not a great experience today x

Been using this specsavers since I moved to Bandon in 2016. Super helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. All our family attend for eye tests, prescriptions and any fixes are always promptly taken care of.
