Truly amazing experience after horrible Specsavers treatment - read on.. I've been wearing glasses for more than a decade. Last year, in Specsavers in D1 they found astigmatism in one eye and I immediately had to swap out all my glasses. I went to ace & Tate and bought frames. A year later I start getting headaches and I go back to a different Specsavers to get another test. They tell me I have astigmatism in both eyes AND my glasses are wrong PD and need to change immediately. "Best in the center where you get your eyes measured". Well isn't that convenient? And how is it possible my glasses are wrong? I found that super fishy so I wanted a third opinion. I came to this center and the people treating me did such a great job telling me what exactly is going on (which was not my astigmatism), they told me I did NOT need to replace all my glasses and they provided me with the most thorough eyetest I got so far and that free of charge. At the end of my consultation I truly wanted to pay them because I finally got an objective answer. Please don't go to Specsavers and come here. It's an amazing place and the students do such a wonderful job! Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks so much for the good care!
