Fantastic customer service. We dealt with Gerry and Ann who helped us with a prescription for my son's sports goggles. They are great with young kids. Wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Best experience yet in an opticians. Value for money without doubt but the staff are the most friendly and helpful I've dealt with. My son needed contact lenses and all his appointments were free. We only had to pay for the actual lenses. Even they were a great deal. Highly recommend.

Ann made my day .I came to the shop on Saturday morning with no appointment .My glasses were broken and i badly needed new ones because i can't drive without them .Ann understood the situation ,she got me in for an eye test and the new glasses were ready in 1 hour .I couldn't believe it ,plus with the PRSI i paied very little money .Usually you have to wait for a week .Ann, i can't thank you enough ,super job 👍😊

I was at this Specsavers today and it was the best Specsavers I have ever been to. The fit me in at short notice to get my eyes tested, helped me pick out glasses and I checked if I was eligible for money off with my prsi (I got my test free and 42 towards my glasses ) I delt with several members of staff, for my pre test, to my actual test and picking and paying for my glasses and all the staff were superb and extremely friendly. They pulled out all the stops and had my new glasses ready in 30 mins. Excellent experience. The staff in this branch were fantastic.

Recently went for an eye test which I know was fully covered. However I was told I needed glasses and just like that I was whisked out to the shop area and told to pick frames and the grand total will be 100euro. I asked if I coukd pay a deposit as the glasses Wudnt be ready for a few days and I was told no I have to pay in full there and then. I wasn't happy with that as I wasn't expecting it. Felt they were being too pushy.
