S. M.I could not fault the staff or service I received when I was there for my appointment. The staff are some of the friendliest people I've met. I arrived early to my appointment and was taken for my pre-test straight away. My partner also came with me and they offered him coffee while he waited. They made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Noeleen really is amazing at her job and Siobhan was extremely helpful when I was picking out a new pair of frames, she never once rushed me even though I took my time. Cannot fault them and would 100% recommend to anyone. Will be back!
P. C.Honestly the nicest experience I have ever had at an opticians. The staff are warm and friendly, and had us laughing for most of the time there. The entire experience from eye test to choosing glasses and calling back in to collect them (earlier than expected!) was easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely be calling in again to say hello! Wholeheartedly recommended!
