Great service all round. My wife and I had our eyes checked. They helped my wife pick out some glasses and jumped through hoops to make sure that she was happy with her choice. The eye check was really simple, very efficient, and they took pictures of the back of my eyes to check for any future problems or damage. They also checked focus and range of vision, as well as my peripheral vision. All round, a good experience.

The team have been fantastic to me today and sorted out glasses i had from another specsavers that where wrong ...can't speak more highly of tralee shop thank-you guys restored my faith in specsavers

The newer place they moved to is much nicer. Unfortunately the service wasn’t. I went in to try on frames and asked one of the assistants if I could try the frame styler thing they do. They asked me to have a seat and they’d get round to me. I was sat waiting for a good 30-40 minutes when they were seeing everyone else walking in. Eventually I got up and had a look at some more pairs and asked another assistant if I could get a pair I chose. After I was seen to, and got my prescription. To be fair I was in on a busy day, but the staff were a little unorganised, but got what I needed eventually.

I give them 5 stars for the staff and their efficiency however they don't have a great range of glasses in their lower price range 😬. They are on Tralee mainstreet and there's not much chance of parking there however there are surrounding streets with metered parking. They can get busy but will always do their best to get you in and out in a timely fashion.

Very helpful, shout out to Maura the optometrist and Aoife on the floor and the floor staff were brilliant. I would recommend going here for excellent eye care.
