I couldn't recommend Aisling more! The best thing I ever done for myself was start training with her. What started off as just me wanting to get into shape for my wedding has turned into a lifestyle that I'll never change or leave. She is so amazing at helping you understand nutrition and exercise and is always on hand to help out whenever you need! I always had a negative attitude towards training and Aisling has completely changed that for me! Thank you Aisling 😊

So happy I joined Aisling in empowher coaching in 2020, compared to other gyms I have previously been too, she is so dedicated to helping us on our journeys, whether it’s weight loss, getting fitter, stronger or just the social aspect. Aisling is amazing if you’re feeling nervous about starting to workout again! Her methods are realistic and long term and not a quick fix. I actually look forward to her classes something I never thought I’d say about workouts!
