I have been going to Rob for some time now and I am always happy with the experience and knowledge he shares. We go at a pace that works with the right level of push to try new things or step up a level.
A good mix of HIT, Muay Thai in a schedule that has always been accommodating.
If you are considering this, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

This is some of the best personal Thai Boxing training that I ever had. Ive lost almost 3 stone with kettlebells, cardio, resistance training. All that as well as boxing pad-work, bag-work, skipping & sparring. Rob is the man!

Rob is an excellent trainor. He's been helping me for years now and it's everything from muay thai sparring, strength and conditioning as well as pad work and bag work for the more technical side of muay Thai. Sessions are always fun and tailored to needs and level of the student. Considering the amount of knowledge and experience you get, not just about Thai boxing fighting technique but also strength and conditioning, kettle bell training, weights(everything you see in the normal gyms on top of the specialized Thai boxing training) it's a great price! Most other regular gym sessions are more expensive with much less to offer. Why just increase your fitness levels when you can learn so many more skills on top of that. And that's not even mentioning the higher confidence you gain from all this. I highly recommend Rob's training.
