Highly recommend ciaran's friendly service. I knew my diet was bad, after having my little girl last year I wanted to eat healthier. Ciaran took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve and came up with a clear and simple menu for me. All the meals are quick and easy to prepare, which suits me as a busy working mammy. I was surprised by the amount of food I could eat during the day. I feel great, lots more energy and sleeping much better too.

Highly recommend Ciaran. I wanted to bulk up and I was quite hesitant initially but Ciaran helped me reach my goal. He’s very flexible regarding the training routine. He would customise the program according to the progress and would give you enough options in your diet plan. He’s the best trainer I have ever come across.

The service provided by Ciarán is second to none. Prior to availing of Ciarán services I was an immature gym goer who was taking every set to failure, whilst neglecting proper form. Ciaráns one to one session proved invaluable as he taught me the importance of utilising proper form, providing a demonstration from each exercise we did, warm ups and he also showed me how to drop the ego and adopt more effective ways of overloading my muscles e.g. Drop sets. I concluded the starter program astounded at the progress I had made. With the help of Ciaran i made serious strength gains all whilst sufferings with an injured wrist!!. I was also impressed by the amount of work that was put into creating my own individual meal plan. The meal plan included a variety of different options and cooking instructions were also provided. But above all it was Ciaráns lovable nature and commitment to my progress that makes this the single greatest investment of my short life. Ciaran always responded quickly and efficiently to any queries I had and even continued to provide his services whilst abroad. If you are on the fence about acquiring personal training, I will happily toss you over it with my new found strength on to team Ciaran Robinson Fitness. 10/10
