My prescription wasn't in the pharmacy when I rang around 17:45 and I was told it would be there in the morning. I received a call from Helen around 18:00 to say it was there and being filled. Helen went and collected the prescription herself from the Doctors Surgery and brought it back to the pharmacy to be filled, on a very cold night evening I may add. This to me is the essence of what a pharmacy should be, kind and helpful the people who come to your door. Thank you again Helen and Phelans.
