Just spent an hour waiting for a basic prescription to be filled. it was my second visit on the same day to try to get the medicine ordered over 72 hours previously. Then left with just a third required on the medicine as they were 'short'. Really.. within 72 hours you couldn't order it?? The guy on the counter is very polite and professional as are the people who take the text orders not to mention the man who delivers medicines (a real gent)...but the prescription dispensing system/service can be atrocious! It is far from the first time in my experience that previously ordered scripts are not ready and almost always this is followed by a prolonged wait. Healthwave management please try harder!!

Healthwave pharmacy has made my life SO much better. I was really struggling with the cost of my medication and getting to a pharmacy during open hours. My medication is much more affordable now and the ease of texting for refills and delivery has been a huge help. Love it and have been recommending to everyone.

I've been using them for 4 years because they're the cheapest around, but they often make mistakes. I've been told my prescription on file can't be found (when it's actually there, but hasn't been scanned into a system yet); I've updated prescriptions, but been given the previous amount and had to return, then I get charged again for a the new prescription and the return isn't credited; I've asked to order specific prescriptions and been given, and charged for, and been given one of everything I have on file. The pharmacy is good, I think the people who take orders over the phone just need to be trained better.

Have been a member of healtwave for past year, they always provide super efficient service, the staff really friendly and obliging and great savings on prescription and over the counter medicine. Delivery man very friendly and helpful too 👍

Excellent service and prompt delivery of medications. Reminder when prescription needs renewal very handy. In the event of non availability of medication pharmacist informed me and contacted contacted Consultant to discuss alternative. Savings are significant.

Healthwave has made a big difference to me and my prescriptions in a few different ways: 1. It is cheaper than my local prescription filler 2. It is really convenient to have the medicines delivered to my door. 3. Provided they have the covering prescription, they will deliver a couple of months together. 4. They are always efficient and very pleasant in all my dealings. 5. They seem to be always able to complete the prescription without any delay which I used to get locally, e.g. Out of stock and needing to order in to fulfil the prescription

Great service, saving you money on your medicines instead of paying way over price in Ireland. The health service is in a very poor state at present with its profit before people attitude and pioneering companies like Healthwave are trying their best to stop the rot. Myself and my other half joined Healthwave recently in an attempt to save a few bob on medications So far it's not really worked out that much cheaper But we'll wait and see The staff were very unfriendly and it felt like we were being interrogated about how we heard of them I wasn't aware that it'd be such a big deal Also we were left standing around for ages before we got a membership form to fill out from a very unsmiling assistant If we don't save much we'll be giving our business back to our local chemist who are always very friendly and efficient
