I have been working with Sinead the last 6 months after she was recommended to me by a friend and member of Na Fianna GAA club.. I had severe pain in my lower back, after a fall, chronic pain takes all your self confidence away and I had lost alot of self belief..
Sinead was really understanding, and we started off very slowly, with stretching excersises and building in core strengthening routine..
It is a slow journey, but I'm alot more positive about things and have returned to full time work, and I'm hoping to start the pilates classes with them later on the year.
I would highly recommend sinead and all the team at Collins avenue physio,
