I have attended PhysioCare in Castleknock and Blanchardstown. The clinics are very clean and efficiently run. There is always a warm welcome from the receptionists. I attended Physiotherapist Eoin Behan in both clinics for an injury to one of my fingers, for upper and lower back pain and at present for heel pain. Eoin explains everything to you and gives you individualized exercises to do at home. I have also attended Personal Trainer Ray Ryan in the Blanchardstown clinic, on a one- to-one basis and also in a small class setting. Ray and Eoin liaise with one another regarding your progress and your strengths and capabilities. I had a hysterectomy last year and did one-to-one classes with Ray prior to the operation to help strengthen my core. This was very beneficial to my recovery. I currently attend Ray on a one-to-one basis to strengthen my upper back and improve my posture. Ray also gives you exercises to do at home and guides you, and demonstrates how to do them correctly. Eoin and Ray are friendly, highly skilled in their respective fields and very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending PhysioCare to anyone. Thank you Eoin and Ray and the PhysioCare team.
