N. M.I sprained my ankle very badly last year and Raheen physio clinic has got me back better than ever. The sessions are reasonably priced and the physio was extremely informative and very friendly. Highly recommend.
F. B.I suffer from Osteoarthritis. I have had multiple joint replacements. I went to Raheen Physio as I was suffering from ITBS. I was in a lot of pain and found walking very difficult. I found Cormac to be friendly and attentive, he asked me loads of questions. He used various techniques, like dry needling, trigger point release, massage, stretching all of which really eased the muscle pain in my knee, hips and shoulders. He also gave me exercises to do at home. Even down to the arthritis in my big toe. After just 5 weeks I feel like I have a new lease of life and am looking forward to getting out in the fresh air again and walking. Roll on the good weather.
