actually great! we went this evening, got a chicken wrap meal and a chicken burger meal. tasted amazing! meat was juicy and tender with a nice spicy sauce. fries were great also! will definitely order from there again. highly recommended!

long time ago.. during June and July 2015, I was in Cork.. It was here I used to have my dinner daily... Mr. Pradeep supported me a lot. Getting used to the new place. I was in Cork for about 3 months and left to India during September 2015. Pizzas and Pastas unforgettable food....

This is our third time in recent weeks ordering the same - chicken skewers hot and medium avocado salad and hummus and pizza bread. The nicest hummus ever. Love the food.

We bought the chicken tenders and they were absolutely delicious(not too much batter and amazing flavor), so were the garlic mushrooms. The falafel and the chips were very good as well, the chips were handcut and that was a pleasant surprise. We called Rooster directly and the person who took the call was extremely nice, the food was delivered in the mentioned timeframe. We'll definitely buy again. Thank you very much for the great food and the lovely service!

I have ordered from this place twice. Both of the times it was on time delivered. Was never disappointed from the food, I loved chicken vindaloo. (Try if you love hot food) What's surprising is reading other people's review and comments. I think this place has potential. Chef is good, definitely. My best wishes for them to improve where pointed by complaints. Everything else will be okay! I'll post another review once I visit this place, sooner. Cheers!

Well well well where do I start.. Personally I'm not one to review never have been. I'd rather spread the word by mouth but let me tell you somthing this for me wasn't one of those times. I was craving a hearty meal with my step mom who isn't exactly the easiest to please she would be happy with her beans on toast.. But after a few scoops I had her wanting a nice bit of scran and we landed on this establishment. The food was packed full of flavour I had the Madras and she had 5 portions of garlic bread we both demolished our meal.. absolutely stunning. The lads working were great buzz aswell I really would love a weekend away with them if the chance ever came up. I decided to check online reviews upon departure and i wouldn't be turned away by the 1star reviews i really don't understand it.. Yes you might get the odd whistle which my step mother got on the way out the door but she loved it.. It really put a smile on her face. If I'm being honest got her a bit to excited I could see her going back there without me the way she was carry on. Also saw few reviews complaining about customer service.. From my experience the lads seem to be always right so if they say you're wrong then your wrong in my opinion. I can't wait to return and hopefully when things return to normal be able to sit inside and get the true experience which I feel we all would love and crave.

I was down in cork recently for a weekend away with some friends. Popped into this establishment well oiled after a night of over indulgence of alcohol , In fairness in doesn't have much too offer in terms of looks but my whole experience in there definitely overcompensated for the exterior of the building. The men behind the counter were some top tier gents. Had a vindaloo as a bit of a spice challenge as it was suggested to me by one of the lads working there. Amazing taste texture just perfect. I felt I was sitting in a restaurant in India rather then a dingy scummy area in cork. All and all would happily make the commute from Waterford in a heart beat to sample this delicacy again. Over and out from a happy punter the lads were very hot to trot he said it was chicken but I thought it was trout . Ballinlough thinks so

The staff are so friendly and polite on the phone and go that extra mile. The delivery driver was quick and obliging. The chicken pita was full up with gorgeous chicken- great portions, corn on the cob was lovely and the coleslaw was perfect. Chips weren’t the best but I live away out in Douglas so it’s to be expected really. Coke was ice cold. This is my second time ordering with them I will definitely be a regular customer.

Rooster's chicken is amazing! They use a fantastic rub that I wish I could recreate. I love this chicken! We didn't try the pizza, so I can't really speak to that. The hummus is also very fresh and tasty. I'd definitely come here again if I lived in Cork. Staff is super friendly.

The 16" pizza deal is nothing short of godly for the price. The pizza is genuinely gorgeous too, probably my favourite in all of Cork. Just a fantastic place that never fails to brighten the nights of my friends and I. Ran by lovely people who I can only hope the best for. If all you're going for is the unreal pizza, Rooster Pil Pil is nothing short of the best place you'll ever be to! Earns every one of the 5 stars I gave it and then some ❤
