After visiting another Milano's and ordering the same meal I was not as happy with the option in The Crescent. Parking and trying to get out of the parking lot was a nightmare. Still happy that they have a few vegan options but wouldn't go to this location again.

We had our meal there recently and I must say, the food was lovely. However kids food came in late and our main course s came out at 2 different times. Staff didn't seem to be trained and didn't communicate with each other. As in we had to deal with 4 different people. PS don't ask to split your bill because it's another level of unknown

Milanos Crescent shopping centre , Limerick, reasonably priced, extremely friendly efficient staff, professional in their approach, Food delicious, great detailed explanation received from waitress about desired pizza, did not feel rushed, nor pushed off table as place got busy, felt our custome was appreciated, pizza base, very thin, plus required toppings & alterations to menu compiled with fully. Lovely atmosphere, would eat there again! Would recommend.

Food was so so but service was terrible, not the staffs fault as they were pleasant and did their best but there seemed to be only 3 on the floor and 2 in the kitchen so they were run off their feet. Didnt help that they burnt the gluten free pizza so had to start all over again. At least they apologised and didn't try to serve it burnt.

Conveniently located at the Crescent shopping centre with plentiful parking spaces.when busy the room can get very noisy. The menu is limited and the portions are not generous. The childrens meal price has been increased to just under 10 euro. A more authentic Italian restaurant can be found at Castletroy.

Lovely pizzas except my chicken one had very little toppings and whole lumps of chicken, presentation very bad and a lot of the pizza did not even have topping on it not even cheese. Ordered diavolo and this was lovely loads of toppings
