Good pizza, worst customer support ever! We received a messed up pizza (see photo) and it's been two weeks trying to contact them to file a complain. Nobody bothered to answer in Fb, or email. Edit: After I managed to contact the store, Elian was very helpful and he send us the order again free of charge. He also explained that most of the communication directs to FSP central offices and they don't have access. Thank you Elian!

I got a pizza 🍕 this evening from Four star LUCAN. I usually go and collect after ordering myself.But this evening I rang for a pizza 🍕 and asked for a delivery.It arrived.It was PIPING HOT 🥵 AND DELICIOUS.SO IF ANYONE IS THINKING 🤔 OF ORDERING A PIZZA 🍕 ?? FOUR STAR IS THE BEST CHOICE IN LUCAN. THANK YOU FOUR STARR.

I ordered the pizza on last weekend to have some good time with my family and i decided to try four star pizza and i called to lucan branch and i was surprised to have such a lovely staff who really helpful and explained me about the Halal pizza they have and when the pizza arrived it was really hot and delicious which made our time great in my family also delivery guy was very nice and was earlier then time. I definitely will try again pizza from them thank you four star pizza lucan and the staff 👍

Absolutely love this place. Food is fab. The staff are extremely nice. I feel like I live there at times. I go in at least twice a day and couldn't reccomend it enough. Shaw is always so pleasant and helpful and always so polite. The children all love going to see Shaw to get treats after school and the guy that makes the pizza( I'm sorry I don't know his name) makes the nicest pizza EVER. The only bad thing about it is its Irresistible.

The food was pretty good and I did really enjoy it and it is very reasonably priced but Im only giving three stars because I got a delivery and my pizza was not what I ordered and I found it hard to eat because it was too spicy and I also got the wrong drink and I know I didn't just get the wrong pizza because the box my pizza came in had my name on it. The delivery wait was an hour when I only love 15 minutes down the road and it was half one in the morning. I didn't call to try and get the correct food because I had waited so long, it was very late and I was very hungry.

I love the service and pizza at this place. I had a party that I wanted pizza delivered to, they helped me choose from the menu, as well as get the best deal for my budget. The delivery was truly impeccable, items arrived just like taken out of the oven minutes before and very polite service! We had a really good dinner time. I would give 10 stars instead of 5.

Really dam good pizza. They advertise as a NY style pizza and they have every right to. It really does taste like an American pizza, really tasty sauce on a very light and fluffy base, great selection of toppings and the meal deals are great.

This place got a change in management and is HUGELY improved. We went in today, really good service, very reasonable new manager, solved our issue almost right away and we finally did not get our order messed up again. We almost felt it was a different, much better place, really enjoyed our dinner. It was time to get someone skilled and focused on us, customers. Will order again soon.
