Lots of incorrect orders and delayed refunds. Have to chase 3 weeks to remind someone to process a refund.
Really poor customer service sometimes as well.

Tried to ring the store for 30 mins with no answer, driver rang me outside the other address. My own stupidity initially, but you think somebody could answer the phone. I rang straight after ordering
